California Mayor Warns Illegals that ICE Is Coming

The had to go back, but apparently the traitorous mayor of Oakland thought otherwise.

Federal officials said Tuesday they arrested more than 150 undocumented immigrants in a Northern California sweep aimed at countering local sanctuary laws, while suggesting Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf’s decision to alert the public to the secret operation may have allowed some targets to elude capture.

Since Sunday, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers have fanned out from the Central Valley to the far northern reaches of the state, knocking on doors, detaining people and prompting alarm from community activists and some Democratic politicians who oppose President Trump’s immigration crackdown.

Agency officials, who had remained silent about the operation for three days, said in a written statement that they arrested people in cities including San Francisco, Bay Point, Sacramento and Stockton, and that half of those arrested had criminal convictions, including for violent crimes.

The operation was named Keep Safe. Officials did not say whether the first letters of the operation were intended as a reference to Kate Steinle, the San Francisco woman shot dead on a bay pier in July 2015 by a homeless undocumented immigrant. ICE also did not say whether the sweep was over.

“Sanctuary jurisdictions like San Francisco and Oakland shield dangerous criminal aliens from federal law enforcement at the expense of public safety,” said Thomas Homan, the acting director of ICE. “Because these jurisdictions prevent ICE from arresting criminal aliens in the secure confines of a jail, they also force ICE officers to make more arrests out in the community, which poses increased risks for law enforcement and the public.”

Homan slammed Schaaf, who on Saturday night released an unprecedented warning that ICE was about to begin arresting people. Schaaf said she issued the alert after receiving confidential tips from “credible sources,” and conferring with attorneys to make sure she wasn’t opening herself up to federal prosecution.

The mayor’s move endangered ICE officers and alerted their targets, Homan asserted, “making clear that this reckless decision was based on her political agenda.” He said 864 “criminal aliens and public safety threats remain at large in the community, and I have to believe that some of them were able to elude us thanks to the mayor’s irresponsible decision.”

Fox News, which was given a ride-along with ICE officers during the operation, reported that agency officials were asking the Department of Justice to investigate whether Schaaf broke any laws.

The mayor did not immediately respond Tuesday to a request for comment. After she released her warning, she said, “I know that Oakland is a city of law-abiding immigrants and families who deserve to live free from the constant threat of arrest and deportation. I believe it is my duty and moral obligation as Mayor to give those families fair warning when that threat appears imminent.”

The Chronicle reported in January that federal officials were planning the Northern California operation. The Trump administration has repeatedly expressed frustration at sanctuary laws in the state, which restrict cooperation between local authorities and ICE in an effort to convince undocumented immigrants they don’t need to live in the shadows.

The tension between the White House and liberal leaders in California intensified after the killing of Steinle. The undocumented immigrant shooter, Jose Ines Garcia Zarate, had previously been released from San Francisco County Jail under the city’s sanctuary ordinance, even though immigration officers had asked that he be turned over for a sixth deportation.

This week’s sweep is the second to target California since a statewide sanctuary law signed by Gov. Jerry Brown, SB54, went into effect in January. The legislation, among other things, limits the circumstances in which jails across the state can turn over undocumented inmates to ICE and forbids police from arresting people on immigration warrants.

Earlier this month, ICE arrested more than 200 immigrants suspected of being undocumented in an operation in Los Angeles. Federal agents also told 122 businesses there that they would be checking whether their employees were authorized to work. ICE launched a similar action in Northern California in January, visiting 77 businesses.
“If you take of all of the administration’s statements in context … it suggests that this is highly politically motivated and meant to send a message to California,” said Pratheepan Gulasekaram, a professor and immigration expert at Santa Clara University School of Law. The message, he said, is that “not cooperating with federal immigration authorities will result in aggressive immigration enforcement.”

The ACLU of Northern California said Tuesday that reports from rapid-response networks over the previous three days suggested “that ICE enforcement is terrorizing communities of color. The targeting of cities and states that refuse to use their limited resources to fuel the Trump administration’s deportation machine is cruel and inhumane.”

ICE said the agency “focuses its enforcement resources on individuals who pose a threat to national security, public safety, and border security.” But officials also said ICE “no longer exempts classes or categories of removable aliens from potential enforcement.”
Among those arrested this week, ICE said in a statement, was a 38-year-old “documented Sureño gang member” with four previous deportations to Mexico and multiple criminal convictions, including for assault with a deadly weapon.

In Bay Point, officials said, officers arrested a man with eight past deportations and a conviction for assault with a deadly weapon, and in Stockton they arrested a man with a conviction for committing lewd acts on a child. ICE did not release a full list of those arrested.

The Northern California sweep began three days after Trump threatened to remove ICE officers from the state, saying, “In two months they’d be begging for us to come back.”

How do you know that you live in clown world? State officials willingly break the law to suit the desires of illegals over the safety of their own people. It’s people like Oakland Mayor (((Libby Schaaf))) who have blood on their hands.

Notice the part where ICE confirmed that half of the illegals arrested already had violent criminal records? Those are (((Schaaf’s))) people. Those are the ones he’s attempting to protect.

Traitors must be arrested and put on trial. (((Schaaf))) is no exception.

They’re going back

The white pills on immigration keep coming.

Arrests of undocumented immigrants in North Texas have nearly doubled since President Donald Trump took office.

Statistics obtained by CBS 11 show they’ve gone up by nearly 40 percent, according to Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

In a Fort Worth tortilla shop that doubles as a restaurant, almost everyone is an immigrant, both legal and not. This morning, an undocumented woman ate a late breakfast and planned for what she believes is inevitable deportation.

“It’s pure fear now,” she said. “If I talk to other immigrants, it’s the same. Just fear.”
The mother and wife agreed to speak to CBS 11 if we didn’t show her face or give her name. She says she came to the United States seven years ago to earn money to pay for her kids’ education in Mexico. Since Trump took office, she and her family have been saving money in case they’re deported.

“We already bought boxes so we can start packing our things and sending them to Mexico,” she said.

As a candidate, Trump said he would crack down on illegal immigration. As president, many say he’s kept his word. CBS 11 obtained numbers showing how many undocumented immigrants were arrested in North Texas in the first few days of his presidency.
According to ICE, 2,586 undocumented immigrants were arrested in the first five months of 2016. In that same time period this year, 4,969 undocumented immigrants have been taken into custody. That’s an increase of almost 40 percent.

“It should be 100 [percent],” said Tim Bothe, a Fort Worth resident.
The president’s stance on immigration is a big reason Bothe voted for him. Bothe supports the approach ICE is taking under its new leadership.

“ICE will no longer exempt any class of individuals from removal proceedings if they are found to be in the country illegally,” said ICE in a statement.

Under the Obama Administration, ICE focused on so-called “criminal” immigrants, those who had felonies and other rap sheets. In the first 100 days of the Trump administration, ICE arrested 4,155 criminal immigrants and 814 non-criminal. In 2016, ICE arrested 2,337 criminal immigrants compared to 249 non-criminal immigrants.

“It’s our country,” said Bothe. “Are we not supposed to protect our rights and our families and all our citizens here in America?”

People seem to believe that Texas is a red state and will always remain so. The recent 2016 presidential election showed us that if only whites voted in Texas, the single county that would go blue was Travis County. Aka: Austin. That town was lost long ago. No point in trying to fight for it. But the primary concern has been that the massive influx of Mexicans in Texas will eventually turn Texas blue.

If ICE keeps doing their job like they have been for the previous six months, there might be a small reprieve for Texans who love shoving their love for God and their guns in liberals faces. But as we in the Alt Right know, it’s a demographic war. The Mexicans that are here are r selected individuals who have lots of children whose IQ generally drops back to the regression of mean of the average Mexican. That is if their immigrant parents are of a higher IQ to begin with. They will almost ways vote left. That’s the threat here.

The more sent back, the better. If you’re illegal, you’re not an American. You’re a criminal. I don’t force entry into Japan and then depend special privileges while I do it. I wasn’t raised with a mentality of being owed. But these invaders are. They’re welcomed in by the establishment with open arms because they vote left. And then they go to school and learn nothing but anti-white rhetoric on how this land was supposedly theirs originally and we stole it from them.

The only way to keep Texas red is to keep deporting these people immediately after they’re discovered to be illegal.

New Orleans or Bust? Maybe Just Bust.

My mother’s side of the family have been natives to Louisiana since the very late 17th century. They immigrated from Germany during a time of great turmoil and warfare occurring in Germany. I can’t even imagine how terrified it must have been for my distant relative to travel across an ocean in a wooden boat with no idea what he would encounter. Apparently, people in Germany were being given small pamphlets or brochures (whatever the proper old German term was for it) that claimed Louisiana was a wonderful area where one could create a new life. He (my great grandfather MANY generations back) had no idea that he was headed for a miserably hot swamp land. But I’m sure it sounded better than the war torn Germany he fled.

I’ve had this itch to move to New Orleans since I was in high school. My mother was born and raised there. My parents met there. Dated there. Got married there. New Orleans held a mysticism and romance in my mind that can’t really be described, even though I gave it a good effort in my book, The Keeper’s Realm.

Then Hurricane Katrina hit in 2005 during my junior year of high school. My family watched in horror as the city torn itself apart. The chaos led to the baddies of the baddies flocking to the city to lay claim on whatever they could. The city is still recovering. I could see it when I was there back in April. It was nice visiting it again. I even started having the old feeling coming back that I’d like to experience the sights and sounds of New Orleans again by moving there one day. My friend Katrina (yep, she hates the fact that the hurricane has her name attached) told me, “New Orleans is a place you go. Not a place you live.” I ignored her for a time, thinking that maybe I just needed to learn for myself what it would be like to live there one day.

Now I’m not sure anymore. For the second time in my life, I’m doubting whether or not I will ever take the plunge to live in a city I have adored from afar and heard endless stories about through my mother’s family.

NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana – The Crescent City is a “magnet” for illegal immigrants, said Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry who lambasted the City’s ‘sanctuary’ policies on Capitol Hill.

In front of the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration and Border Security, Landry criticized the policies of New Orleans Mayor Mitch Landrieu (D) and the New Orleans Police Department (NOPD), which prohibit law enforcement from asking residents about their immigration status.

Landry rhetorically asked Committee members why being in the United States illegally was not a reason to deport an individual back to their native country.

“All that does is lead to those people committing additional crimes and thinking it’s okay to break the law,” Landry said, according to Fox News.

Landry, who has been fighting for a ban on sanctuary cities since he assumed office last year, told the Committee that New Orleans’ policies are increasing crime and driving up taxes.

“Los Angeles saw all crime rise in 2015: violent crime up 19.9 percent, homicides up 10.2 percent, shooting victims up 12.6 percent, rapes up 8.6 percent, robberies up 12.3 percent, and aggravated assault up 27.5 percent,” Landry told the committee, according to the Washington Examiner.

Specifically, Landry spoke about the recent death of 36-year-old St. John District Fire Chief Spencer Chauvin of Gramercy, Louisiana and two other victims who were killed after an illegal immigrant drove a bus into an ongoing, minor car crash, as Breitbart Texas reported.

Along with Chauvin, the illegal immigrant bus driver and Honduran national Denis Yasmir Amaya Rodriguez killed 33 year-old Vontarous Kelly and 21-year-old Jermaine Starr in the crash.

Rodriguez, who was driving the bus full of illegal immigrant workers, was headed to Baton Rouge, Louisiana to find low-skilled work in the aftermath of the region’s devastating flood which destroyed more than 60,000 homes.

The company which reportedly hired the illegal workers, WRS, is owned by local Louisiana Constable Eddie Schmidt, as well as David Wallace, a state legislator in Arkansas, as Breitbart Texas reported at the time.

Landry said the case was just one example where illegal immigrants have taken advantage of sanctuary city policies, making it even harder to deport illegal immigrants convicted of crimes.

The use of foreign illegal immigrant workers is not a common trend in the state.

Similar the state’s current flooding disaster, Hurricane Katrina in 2005 brought out a slew of foreign nationals who were hired illegally by contractors and home-repair companies to do the work gutting and rebuilding properties.

Landry pushed for statewide ban on sanctuary cities earlier this year. Despite being widely supported by residents in the state, the legislation was blocked by state Democrats who gutted the bill in order to render it ineffective.

Before the committee hearing, Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) echoed Landry’s concerns with New Orleans’ status as a sanctuary city, calling the policies “outrageous” on his Facebook page.

“By hindering federal immigration officers’ ability to apprehend criminal aliens, the Justice Department consciously disregards the safety and security of the American public by enabling the release of these criminals back into our communities to commit more crimes,” Gowdy wrote.

When officers of the law aren’t even allowed to ask the status of someone’s immigration or their citizenship, I get more than scared. I get terrified. This tells me that officers aren’t being permitted to do their jobs. It reminds me of the current political climate in Sweden. When rape victims report their sexual assault, they aren’t allowed to identify the ethnicity of their attackers. Why? Because the rape epidemic by the migrants coming in has Sweden being called the new Rape Capitol of Europe.

When officers aren’t even permitted to do their jobs by asking the status of someone’s citizenship, it encourages others to enter the country illegally to find work. It encourages companies to hire illegal immigrants for lower wages over the citizens of New Orleans, which inevitably causes wages to drop across the board. It also encourages an atmosphere that tells illegals coming in that our tolerance will permit values that don’t coincide with American ones.

Sorry, New Orleans. But we are yet again on a temporary break. Let’s hope things get better.
